Brittany Miles, Esq

Western Pennsylvania Elder Law & Estate Planning Attorney

Brittany is an Associate Attorney at Heritage Elder Law & Estate Planning, LLC. and leads the Medicaid Department. She enjoys working with clients to obtain medical assistance while shielding their assets from rising long-term care costs. She also practices estate planning where she creates wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents.

Prior to joining Heritage, she received her Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University School of Law and her Master of Business Administration from Duquesne University’s John F. Donahue Graduate School of Business. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from The Pennsylvania State University where she majored in Psychology and minored in Human Development and Family Studies. Brittany is admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, skiing, and exercising.
