Western Pennsylvania Elder Law & Estate Planning Attorney
Michael is an associate attorney at Heritage Elder Law & Estate Planning, LLC. Before joining Heritage, he was employed with a firm for almost two years and had a general law practice with a focus on family law. Prior to entering private practice, Michael served as judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert L. Boyer, Venango County Court of Common Pleas.
Michael received a joint degree from Regent University where he graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from Regent University School of Law and a Master’s in Public Policy from the Robertson School of Government. His undergraduate degree is from Liberty University where he majored in government/pre-law, graduating with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Michael is admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; Venango County, Pennsylvania Bar; and has served as Secretary (2012-2014) and President of the Venango County Bar Association (2023-2024).
At Heritage, Michael focuses on estate and trust administration, working with families to ensure their loved ones’ estate planning desires are carried out after passing. He also helps families create their own unique estate plans, crafting a well-rounded estate plan to protect what they spent a lifetime creating for those they love.
Michael believes in giving back to the community and is honored to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for the Venango Area Riding for the Handicapped Association (VARHA), a local therapeutic riding organization. In 2024, Michael was appointed a member of the Board of Directors for Northwestern Legal Services, a non-profit law firm which provides legal services for low-income residents in 10 northwestern PA counties.
In his spare time, he enjoys reading (especially all things Lincoln and the Civil War), running, weightlifting, and riding his motorcycle. He also loves a good pun.
