Briana Banner
Office Manager
Briana is the Office Manager at Heritage Elder Law & Estate Planning, LLC. Prior to joining Heritage, she was a Treasury Management Product Manager for First Niagara Bank. She received her Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University where she majored in Business Liberal Arts & Science.
Briana is married to Attorney Jeffrey Banner and has 3 children. They live in Grove City, Pennsylvania. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, yoga, and traveling with her family.
Beth Cyphert
Benefits Coordinator
Beth joined the Heritage Medicaid team in April of 2019, bringing with her nine years of nursing home business office experience. She enjoys making connections with our clients and their families.
Beth pursued an accounting degree at Minot State University in North Dakota, one of the many places she and her husband were stationed during his Air Force career. Beth loves traveling, spending time with her family and friends, paper crafting, and watching Hallmark movies (all year long).
Lindsey Huggins
Benefits Coordinator
Lindsey joined the Heritage team in June of 2020 as a Benefits Coordinator. She enjoys working closely with our clients and helping them through the Medicaid application process. Lindsey brings with her years of experience assisting families and helping them to obtain Medicaid eligibility. She is a graduate of both The Pennsylvania State University and The University of Pittsburgh. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking their dog, and working in her yard.
Kara Livermore
Client Services Coordinator
Kara is a Client Services Coordinator at Heritage Elder Law & Estate Planning. With over twelve years of legal secretary experience, she uses her strong work ethic and caring nature to ensure clients are taken care of. Kara earned her Associates Degree in Business Management from Butler County Community College.
Out of the office, Kara enjoys watching her three children play soccer, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She loves being outside and walking her dog, Sammy.
Janis Powell
Client Services Coordinator
Janis is a Client Service Coordinator for Heritage Elder Law & Estate Planning. She is one of the voices you hear when you call our office. She is committed to being efficient, reliable, and making your experience with Heritage pleasant.
Janis is a graduate of Slippery Rock University and Geneva College receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management. Janis’ background includes being the Director of an international non-profit children’s home, a special events coordinator, and an executive assistant to senior-level executives.
Out of the office, Janis enjoys spending time with her children, family and friends, traveling with her husband, reading, watching movies, and loving her 11 grandchildren.
Kayla Price
Marketing Coordinator
Kayla joined the Marketing Team at Heritage Elder Law & Estate Planning in early 2019, where she is excited to serve as a Marketing Coordinator. Much of her time is spent out in the community sharing who Heritage Elder Law & Estate Planning is, building relationships, and scheduling workshops and events where our attorneys educate seniors on how to prepare for their future.
She hails from Dayton, OH, and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Anderson University in 2009. Kayla has lived in the Kittanning area since 2010 and, when not at work, loves spending time with her husband, two children, and dog. She is also active with Living Water Church and enjoys being with family and friends, reading, exercising, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Pirates and Indianapolis Colts (sorry, not sorry Steelers fans).
Dana Uber
Client Services Coordinator
Dana is a Client Services Coordinator at Heritage Elder Law & Estate Planning, LLC.
Born and raised in Ohio, Dana received her Associate’s Degree from Kent State University-Geauga in 2016, before relocating to western Pennsylvania. Dana brings with her over ten years of experience working in the administrative field.
Outside of the office, Dana is a member of the Navy Reserve. She originally started her military career in the Air Force Reserve, serving ten years, before transferring to the Navy Reserve in 2016. Dana enjoys spending time with her two young children. She also loves traveling and exploring new areas, especially locations with historical significance.
